While two paternity tests revealed that Conor was not the father, Charlotte, 34, insisted that he was the father and that the test results were wrong.

After becoming husband and wife, the newlyweds jetted off to Reykjavik, Iceland, for their honeymoon, and Conor shared a clip of Kitty showing off their lavish accommodation with the caption: “And the honeymoon begins.”
Following the birth in October 2024, the Can’t Say No star allegedly refused to accept her little girl Penelope as her own child.
A paternity test revealed Conor was not the father, but Charlotte claimed an ‘unidentified male was present’ when the DNA sample was collected.
The mother-of-one also claimed Conor ‘changed testing locations at the last minute’ and her DNA was not taken.
The pair then took a second test, which proved conclusively that Conor was not the father of Charlotte’s daughter. This was followed by a statement from Charlotte.
Her rep told the Daily Mail at the time: ‘Those who have followed Charlotte’s journey since her appearance on BBC’s The Traitors will know that she has fought an extraordinary fight for truth and justice with a heartfelt belief.
We are forever grateful to everyone who has shown Charlotte their unwavering love and support over the past 12 months.
‘We also owe special thanks to Charlotte’s rock star legal advisors Lorna McCammon (SFR Law) and Paul Lunt (Brabners) for their invaluable advice and guidance. We couldn’t have done this without you.
‘Charlotte will now take time to process, heal and reflect, and when she is ready she will finally share her story in full.’
Meanwhile, Conor also shared his own statement on social media: ‘Today I received the results of the second paternity test that Charlotte requested for her daughter Penelope.
‘This test, like the last one, confirmed once again that I am not Penelope’s father.
‘At Charlotte’s request, Penelope’s, Charlotte’s and my DNA were collected at a Department of Justice-approved DNA testing facility selected by Charlotte. Therefore, the results are definitive.
‘This has been difficult for me and my family and I am so grateful to everyone for their support. I’m glad we can now finally draw a line under this.’
Still, the duo continued to engage in back-and-forth on social media; Conor made a number of sneaky moves on Charlotte, including singing along to Michael Jackson.Billie Jean’s 1983 hit, which includes the line ‘The Kid is not my boy’.
