'Dark moment for America': Trump declares Charlie Kirk's voice 'bigger and grander' after assassination

President Donald Trump addressed the nation after the death of the conservative activist Charlie Kirk, who was tragically shot on Wednesday during a view at Utah Valley University.
The president spoke with sincerity and compassion, called the perpetrator “monster” and declared “a dark moment for America.”
Trump’s four -minute words focused on Kirk’s legacy as a patriotic and leader, while at the same time condemning the culture of political demonization, which also offered violence.
