Priscilla Presley speaks out on claims she’s letting friend Sarah Ferguson stay with her

Priscilla Presley publicly denied allegations that Sarah Ferguson was staying with her during this period. The former Duchess of York’s ties to sex offender Jeffrey Epstein are under scrutiny.

Ferguson, 66, has not been seen in public for months, leading to wild theories about his whereabouts.

Priscilla, 80, has a long-running relationship with the former Duchess but insisted she is not hiding out in her sprawling Los Angeles mansion.

Reports claimed that Ferguson had been spotted everywhere from a spa in Switzerland to villas in the United Arab Emirates to villas in Portugal with his daughter Princess Eugenie to a resort in Ireland.

Earlier this week, it was claimed that Priscilla offered him a place to get away from ‘sympathy’ after the final episode of the Epstein Files was released in late January. According to Page Six in the US.

‘Everyone tells him [Fergie] ‘Now is not a good time,’ the insider said. ‘A lot of people actually really like him, but it’s not wise to get involved with anyone who was involved with Epstein right now.’

Priscilla has owned numerous properties in the US over the years, but her main home is in Los Angeles.

Ferguson supported Lisa Marie, who lived in England between 2010 and 2016, during the difficult times of her life before her tragic death in 2023 at the age of 54.

Fergie also graced the late Queen Elizabeth II at the Graceland tribute event held in Memphis, Tennessee, ten days after her death. He spoke by quoting Elizabeth.

‘My late mother-in-law used to say that nothing happened [that] It can be said that these moments can begin to take away the suffering and pain because grief is the price we pay for love. And how right he was,” he told mourners.

A source in the US claimed Priscilla had ‘not forgotten’ this kindness and showed the same to Fergie in the wake of the Epstein scandal, adding that the former duchess was now ‘literally homeless’.

Priscilla is believed to be a member. She joined the Church of Scientology in the late 1970s after the death of her musician ex-husband Elvis.

Lisa Marie left, but in 2017 Priscilla’s spokesperson said she was still a member.

An insider told the Daily Mail that Fergie only has ‘a few’ friends left and Priscilla will be one of them.

Asked if Ferguson was in the US, the insider said that if he was, he might be wary of staying too long amid calls for him to testify about his friendship with Epstein in America.

Fergie and Lisa Marie’s friendship has been described by friends as not fickle showbiz, but a relationship born of deep trust and support for over 15 years.

“They have succeeded at every level,” a friend of the Duchess said in 2023. “He talks about them bonding like brothers.”

A friend explained that they both enjoyed an active social life in the same circle: ‘[Fergie] He was part of a group of friends that included Bob Geldof and his wife; and (guitarist) Jeff Beck, who has sadly died, and his wife Sandra, through whom he met Lisa Marie.’

Ferguson revealed the depth of their bond when she wrote on Instagram in the hours after her friend’s sudden death on January 12, 2023: ‘I say hello to you every day and I love you my Sissy and I will continue to say hello to you every day.

‘You have been my loyal friend for years, and I am here for your family to support and love them. I’m so sorry my Sissy, you are in my heart.’

A friend said Ferguson was honored to be asked to speak at Lisa Marie’s funeral.

‘ He didn’t hesitate. They allowed him to choose a piece that he had given much thought to, and decided that George Frost’s poem for his father, Sir David Frost, which included the line ‘It is well to know that I am not gone, and I hope my light has shone on you all’, was very suitable.’

It emerged this week that pressure was mounting on Ferguson to appear before the US congressional committee investigating Epstein.

Congressman Suhas Subramanyam, who sits on the House Oversight Committee investigating the pedophile child sex trafficking ring, told the Mail on Sunday: ‘It is clear from the files we have that Sarah Ferguson and Jeffrey Epstein had a close relationship.

‘He once described Epstein as “the brother I always wished for” and he had helped him financially.

He should tell our committee what he knows about Epstein’s financial and sex trafficking enterprises.

It is understood Ferguson, who has not been seen for months, may be asked for a formal hearing, even though he cannot legally be forced to testify.

Former President Bill Clinton and convicted Miss Ghislaine Maxwell have already appeared before the committee.
