Defence and prosecution deliver closing arguments in Janelle Fletcher child sexual abuse trial
The latest arguments in the experiment of a music teacher accused of sexual harassment of a young girl wandered around a night kiss and emotionally loaded e -mail.
40 -year -old Janelle Colville Fletcher objected to the allegations that he had been a disrealed daughter a few years ago, and sexual abuse, and on Monday, before Joanne Fuller, he appeared again at the Southern Australian Regional Court.
The prosecution led by Chris Allen claims that Mrs. Fletcher has exploited in various places and also communicates with another young girl to make sexual activity fit.
Some of the alleged crimes, two girls and Mrs. Fletcher occurred in a room when they occurred, the teacher allegedly had a tour dance in a chair, he said.
Later, he asked the two girls to kiss each other “dare” and whether they would “come out” with each other.
The same night, Mr. Allen, Mrs. Fletcher then spent only time with one of the girls and touched the genital area.
The prosecutor’s office, including Mrs. Fletcher and Mrs. Fletcher’s car, including the girl’s grooming and abuse, then continued for months in various places, he said.
In addition to the verbal evidence from the alleged victims, he presented a series of texts, e -mail and photographs to support the case, including a photo of Mrs. Fletcher and a photo of a cinema photo cabin.
At the closing address, Mr. Allen said that the kiss of photography stand shows “objective evidence” “illegal sexual action”.
He also argued that Mrs. Fletcher and her photographs of her “pure volume ür proposed a sexual relationship together.

The prosecution also argued that a series of emotional expressions from Mrs. Fletcher to the girl reveals the “true nature ın of the relationship between them.
In an e -mail, Mrs. Fletcher said to her, “I want something serious, not a short term.”
In others, “My feelings for you, not lust, not love” and “We can not be open right now. We will have to continue as we are now hidden right now,” he said.
Fletcher had previously argued that e-mails showed unseen “love for the girl, but Mr. Allen rejected this claim as“ ridiculous ”on Monday.
“This is not a kind of Catholic way ‘I love you’, Al Allen said.
At the closing address, Mr. Culshaw acknowledged that in the interrogation of Judge Fuller, e -mails appeared to be “terrible ında in a first or real reading, because they claimed that the couple was in sexual intercourse.
However, he defended a deeper reading of the e -mails in accordance with Mrs. Fletcher’s statement. Last week, he claimed that they were written to make the girl happy and direct her to a more age relationship.
