Bodycam footage shows the moment neo-Nazi fanatic Harry Whittaker, who was making homemade explosives in his garden shed and talking about turning Muslims into “minced meat”, was arrested.

Whittaker, 33, of Caddington, near Luton, was found guilty of charges of possessing and making explosives at the Old Bailey.

He was sentenced to three years and nine months in prison on Wednesday, January 28. He was also given a 10-year Criminal Conduct Order.

Footage released by Bedfordshire Police shows officers inspecting the shed where Whittaker had built a homemade chemistry laboratory.

Jurors heard that when officers searched his bedroom they found a picture of Adolf Hitler, a flag associated with Nazi Germany, swastikas and anti-Semitic notes.

In a message that appeared on WhatsApp, Whittaker wrote: “We need a tank full of machine guns and flamethrowers, drive it into that mosque on Friday afternoon and make mincemeat of it.”
