I am grateful for every lift, every workout, every rep, every conversation we shared. I will carry these with me for the rest of my life.”

Ponder was scheduled to be a part of Colorado’s spring training, which is scheduled to begin Monday. It is unknown whether Sanders will postpone the start due to Ponder’s death.
