Delhi-NCR stray dog case: SC shifts case to 3-judge bench, hearing tomorrow

Yeni Delhi: The Supreme Court shifted the Suo Motu case to three judge benches in the street dog problem.

The issue will now be heard by a bench of Justice Vikram Nath, Justice Sandeep Mehta and Justice NV Anjaria on Thursday.


On August 11, two judges of JB Pardiwala and Justice R Mahadevan directed the transportation of street dogs in Delhi-Ncr to the dog shelters.
Based on a Times of India report on July 28, this bench received the SUO Motu consciousness of the issue titled “Children’s Payment Price” in a city hunting by Strays.

According to L only, this issue was indicated twice in India’s chief justice Br Gavai twice, once in the morning and again in the evening.
