Delhi wakes up to battering rain, thunderstorm; Akasa Air issues travel advisory amid waterlogging, traffic congestion

Meanwhile, according to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), Delhi’s air quality remained in the “moderate” category with 83 Air Quality Index (AQI). The AQI scale classifies a reading between 51 and 100 as “satisfactory” and “middle” between 101 and 200.
The IMD advised the residents to remain up to date with local air consultants and to be careful in flooding areas as intermittent rainfall continues until week.
