In the video, Vaani said, “This job makes me financially independent and developed my standard of living, but my mind never felt comfortable. It is a mentally drainage and ungrateful work.” He explained how the role changed his personality. Vaani said it was time to choose peace for a fee: “So it was time to choose mental peace according to financial stability.” He said that his intention was not to deterd anyone, but to share his story. “The happiness and mental peace you receive after leaving a place you don’t belong to is much superior to any regret you can have.” The video triggered a broader debate as to whether financial stability will be worth compromising mental peace. His video made 7.8 million views on Instagram.
