A British tourist drowned in Benidorm after jumping into the sea to swim late in the evening.
Police confirmed that the 31 -year -old child was found lifeless after fighting to return to the famous Levante beach.
He had entered the water with at least two British friends who returned.

A national police source said this morning: ‘Yesterday at around 20.00, several British citizens Benidorm’s Levante Beach was in Levante Beach.
One of them entered the sea and could not return to dry soil.
“ A few people tried to save him, but it was impossible.
‘Coast Guard officials were mobilized, but could not find it. After a while, his body was washed on the coastline.
