DGP Sandeep Rai Rathore awarded doctorate for research on disaster mitigation 

Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) made a PhD to Police General Manager Sandeep Rai Rathore for his research on disaster reduction and management. The 1992 collective IPS Tamil Nadu focused its research on important issues and difficulties in the current disaster intervention system and solutions to overcome it. He also developed a comprehensive policy framework for disaster intervention.
