Diane Ladd’s last Instagram post hinted at an unseen future plan; shared just weeks before her death at 89

Veteran Hollywood actress Diane Ladd, known for her roles in the films “Alice Doesn’t Live Here Anymore” and “Chinatown”, hinted that there would be a new creative episode podcast broadcast in her last Instagram post before her death at the age of 89.

On September 17, the Oscar-nominated actress took to Instagram to share the news that her 2020 film The Last Full Measure is now available on multiple streaming platforms, while also touching on her recent co-stars and talking about her potential move into podcasting.
“THE LAST FULL MEASURE is now streaming on Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and YouTube. The day before it was scheduled to be released, Covid hit… and you know the rest,” he wrote. “Anyway, it’s out and it’s truly amazing. One thing to note is that among the many brilliant actors in this movie, three amazing artists gave us the last great performances of their lives: Christopher Plummer, Peter Fonda and William Hurt. What an honor.”

Based on the true story of U.S. Air Force Pararescueman William H. Pitsenbarger, who saved more than 60 men during the Vietnam War, The Last Full Measure featured the final on-screen appearances of many Hollywood legends, including Peter Fonda, Christopher Plummer and William Hurt, all of whom have passed away. Ladd ended her post on a warm, hopeful note, hinting at what her next step might be: “(And hey guys, what do you think of me getting into this? PodCasting? I thought I’d give you a taste.
