CREDAI Mysuru to hold RERA awareness workshop

Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) Mysuru chapter will organize a Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) workshop in the city on December 6, 2025.
In a statement issued on behalf of CREDAI in Mysuru, Mysuru said the RERA workshop aims to create awareness among housing scheme developers, builders and other stakeholders in the real estate sector.
Senior officials from Karnataka RERA, Bengaluru will attend the workshop to be held at Mysuru Builders’ Charitable Trust (MBCT) Hall at Vishveshwaranagar in the city.
The workshop is expected to shed light on the latest rules, compliance procedures and practical aspects of the RERA Act in the real estate industry.
According to CREDAI, senior officials from Karnataka RERA, Bengaluru, Mysuru will attend the event and provide guidance on the registration process, project extensions and compliance measures for ongoing and new projects under RERA, as well as create awareness about customer grievance redressal procedures and common challenges and possible solutions faced by builders.
CREDAI, Mysuru works to promote transparency and accountability in the implementation of RERA law. The program will provide an interactive platform for builders and developers to interact directly with RERA officials and get answers to their queries, the statement said.
