Expert says ‘get these bulbs in ground now’ to avoid barren spring

The gardeners are told to be a plant that needs to be ‘now enter the ground’, because any delay means that flower beds will look very empty in the spring. The sewing season lasts from September to November, which is now the cooling, the perfect time to get the bulbs on the ground before it is located.
Eflorist Flower Specialist David Denyer, who has more than 35 years of experience, shared his best advice on practical tips that will help create stronger screens and healthier flowers, as well as adding daffodils for the best results.
He explained that people should now take action because of the territorial conditions: “The best time to sew the Defail bulbs until November, the earth still holds some temperature, but before the winter gets too wet. This allows the bulbs to leave strong roots, which leads to healthy growth and spring flowers.
“If you wait until the end of winter, your bulbs may not be installed properly, which may result in small or missing flowers.”
In terms of where to sew them in the garden, he said: ın Choose a sunny or slightly shaded point with a good drain.
“Bulbs, usually 10 to 15 cm, approximately 7 to 10 cm intervals should be planted about three times their depths. Place in a place where the crimes will occur.
How to look at the daffodils after planting:
“After your bulbs are on the ground, give them a comprehensive irrigation to help the soil to settle around and encourage root growth.
“It is a good idea to mark where you add your bulbs with something like a label or a decorative rock, so you don’t accidentally bother them when the earth looks naked.
“The bulbs already contain all the energy that should bloom, so you don’t need to feed them in October. Just make sure that the soil is released throughout the winter and if you use a container, look at it not to be under water.”
Best Tips
Kris Collins from Thompson & Morgan says: “Most spring flower bulbs develop at any light level from the full sun to partial shade, just avoid deep shade and intense, dry, dry heat.
“Ideally, select a point where the bulbs receive at least half -day sun in spring. After blooming to store energy for the plant and next year’s screen.
Collins says:
1. Always try a new diversity – add to your spring collection every year.
2. Maybe the first year of the flower pots – you can add to the limits after falling in love with a certain diversity.
3. For a natural look at the screen planting, gently throw your bulbs in the palm, gently and sew them to their landing.
4. Draw a boundary plan for a more official look and mark each planting area with a thin sand line. Sew the bulbs at equal intervals as recommended by diversity.
