Doctor accused of toilet filming faces fresh charges

A trainee surgeon renewed the pressure of bail despite the fact that he encountered new charges allegedly registered in toilets in three hospitals.
After completing the degree of medicine at the University of Monash, the police accused Singapore citizen Ryan Cho, who lived as a permanent residence in Australia.
The 28 -year -old child was arrested on 10 July after a phone hidden in a knitted bag in a personnel toilet in Austin Hospital in northeast of Melbourne on July 10th.
Cho was initially accused of crimes, including follow -up, but he was released on bail, the police seized two mobile phones, a laptop, several white knitting bags and removable hooks.
He was arrested for the second time in late July after the police analyzed the devices and revealed more than 10,000 videos and images.
The police claim that the material created between 2021 and 2025 shows the personnel using the toilet or shower facilities.
All of the first six charges against Junior Doctor were attached to Austin.
Extra accusations are related to Austin, Royal Melbourne Hospital and Peter Maccallum Cancer Center, where a phone is used to register for a phone in toilets.
“The investigation continues with other medical facilities, where the man is still interesting between 2020 and 2025.” He said.
“The police expects to identify more alleged victims, but it takes some time to work in this process.”
Cho, who was suspended for working as a young surgeon, was rejected on July 25 after determining that a peace judiciary could not be reduced under strict conditions.
He is expected to give another bid for bail at the hearing held in the High Court on Friday.
