Rijiju said that a movement for the abolition of a judge should be signed by 100 deputies in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. The petition must be submitted to the President who will inform the Assembly, create an investigation in accordance with the laws of the judges and receive a report within three months. Rijiju, “Therefore, the requirement of the three -month period will have to be fulfilled. And after that, the investigation report will be held in parliament and both houses.” He said.
Fire incident was subjected to justice arrival
In March, when Justice Varma was a judge of the Delhi Supreme Court in Delhi housing of Lutyens, a fire incident led to the discovery of half -burn cash sacks in Outhouse.
