England and Arsenal footballer Declan Rice was seen smiling with his partner in the stands while holding the baby aloft during last night’s World Cup draw against Ghana.
Rice and his long-term girlfriend Lauren Fryer have a three-year-old son, Jude, who joined them for both his club’s final on-field celebrations of the Premier League title and last night’s match.
The midfielder’s childhood sweetheart was among the players’ wives and girlfriends in the crowd in Foxborough, Massachusetts, US, yesterday.
The Three Lions were disappointed to finish their second match of the tournament with a goalless draw following last week’s 4-2 victory against Croatia.
Rice, who recently mentioned that he would continue to play for months despite his ongoing hamstring problem, sparked more injury concerns after the match.
He left the Boston Stadium with a heavy strap on his left calf and is now a fitness concern ahead of England’s final Group L match against Panama this Saturday.
But he enjoyed happier scenes as he greeted his partner Ms Fryer on stadium seats, while Rice took a photo with a baby in her arms while wearing tracksuits.
Other fans in the crowd were also photographed holding the baby.

Rice and his girlfriend Ms Fryer are believed to have been together since their teenage days playing for West Ham United before moving to Arsenal for £100million in 2023.
He appeared to confirm the birth of their son Jude by revealing a tattoo dedicated to a newborn child during West Ham’s defeat against Brighton and Hove Albion in August 2022.
In addition to the child’s name and apparent date of birth, August 7, the image also revealed the symbol of the Leo zodiac sign.
He and Ms Fryer have tended to keep their personal lives private, but were photographed with Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher at the Reading Festival in 2021.
And he joined Rice on the pitch as he lifted the Premier League trophy at last month’s Emirates celebrations.
