Donald Trump to address United States citizens in address
Trump is now listing major milestones his administration has achieved by “inheriting a country in crisis” after defeating former President Joe Biden in the last election.
Trump said the country has a “stagnant economy, record inflation, a wide open border, horrific recruitment of soldiers and police, rampant crime at home, and wars and chaos around the world.”
“But tonight, just one year later, I can say with honor and pride that we have achieved a transformation that no one has ever seen before, a transformation for the ages. This is truly a transformation for the ages.”
Half the crowd stands up every other sentence and cheers as Trump confirms that under his leadership, murder rates have fallen, illegal aliens have been eliminated, fuel prices have fallen, and mortgage rates are at their lowest in years. But the other side of the room remains seated the entire time.
“And for all these reasons, I say tonight, members of Congress, the state of our union is strong.”
