Drive-thru Nando’s included in mega commercial development plans for Alkimos

A Fast-Food giants and the wave of large retailers were announced in two new development proposals for Alkimos, including a nando’s driving.

Plans sent by Satterley Property Group and are currently open for public interpretation include four fast-food car driving, a driving liquor store, a large hardware showroom and a voluminous product retail area.

Both developments are recommended for the land along the Romeo road, which is close to the current end of the Mitchell highway and about 40 km from Perth CBD.

The recommended fast-food outputs include a KFC, nando and two unbearable exit, one of which seems to be Guzman Y Gomez.

In each of them with a double -lane driving and dehydrated camel camel liquor store.

The 13,511 square meter hardware store opposite the road is expected to be a Bunnings store, while an Officeworks was approved for a 2200 square meter site.

Fast-food and liquor store developments are worth $ 8 million, Officeworks and Bunnings developments worth $ 18 million.

Both recommended development areas are limited to empty lands limited to low -density housing development in the Trinity land in the South and West and undeveloped lands in the north as part of the Alkimos City Center.

Planning solutions that prepare the applications on behalf of Satterley Property Group, the site is appropriate to meet the scale of both developments, zoning and positioned, he said.

“The proposal represents a good and designed development that balances the operational requirements of businesses with access and interface thoughts,” he said in both applications.

Fast-Food Outlets and Liquor Store had 94 parking compartments, while Officeworks and hardware showroom 419 Bay would be supported by Bay.

All four fast-food outlets are looking for approval to operate 24 hours a day, but these watches are not likely to be implemented, while the liquor store will trade from 8 am to Monday to Saturday and Sundays on Saturdays and Sundays between 10: 00-22: 00.
