According to sources, the drones were seen hovering along the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch and the Ramgarh sector of Samba district.
A drone was spotted near police stations along the LoC in Poonch, prompting the forces to implement anti-UAS measures. Sources added that another drone was similarly spotted along the International Border in Ramgarh district.
Meanwhile, troops along the Pakistan border remain on high alert.
On Tuesday night, Army personnel opened fire to intercept a large number of suspected Pakistani drones entering Indian territory across the Line of Control (LoC) in Rajouri sector.
