Arjun Rampal Celebrates Response on Dhurandhar 2

Bollywood actor Arjun Rampal expressed his gratitude to all his supporters after the success of his movie “Dhurandhar: The Revenge”. The actor went down memory lane and shared a series of throwback photos on his Instagram account on Monday, also adding behind-the-scenes photos from the sets of “Dhurandhar”.

“Dhurandhar” starring Ranveer Singh in the lead role was released in 2025, after which the last episode was released on March 19; both were directed by Aditya Dhar. The first film crossed Rs 1000 crore worldwide and the second release earned over Rs 1300 crore at the worldwide box office.

The last film also stars R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, Sara Arjun and Rakesh Bedi, who reprise their roles, with Rampal playing the role of Major Iqbal.

Set in Karachi’s Lyari town, known for its history of gang wars and violent turf wars, “Dhurandhar” revolved around secret intelligence operations in the backdrop of geopolitical and terrorist events such as the Kandahar flight hijacking, the 2001 Parliament Attack and the 26/11 Mumbai attacks.

The sequel chronicles the rise of Singh’s character, Hamza Ali Mazari, in the Karachi underworld, while also delving into his origins as Jaskirat Singh Rangi and tracing the journey of the young man who eventually becomes a secret agent.

The film is produced by Jyoti Deshpande and Lokesh Dhar and is releasing in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.
