Osmania University postpones July 24 examinations amid Telangana-wide bandh call

Osmania University has postponed all exams scheduled to be held on July 24 as left-wing student unions have called for issues affecting educational institutions across Telangana.

In a notice published on Thursday, July 23, 2026, the Controller of Examinations said that all examinations scheduled on July 24 in various faculties of the University have been postponed.

The university said that the revised schedule for the postponed exams will be announced in due course. The notification was sent to the principals of the founding and affiliated colleges, department heads, examination center chief inspectors and relevant students.
