The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, annexed Reliance Group chairman Anil Ambani’s Mumbai home ‘Abode’ worth ₹ 3,716 crore under the anti-money laundering law.
“ED has seized assets worth ₹ 3,716 crore in connection with investigations involving businessman Anil Ambani,” an ED official said.
The 60-meter-high, 17-storey house is located in the posh Pali Hill area of Mumbai.
Sources said an interim order has been issued under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) to attach the house in the case linked to the alleged bank fraud committed by group company Reliance Communications.
Mr. Ambani, 66, is expected to appear before the investigating agency in Delhi for a second round of interrogation. He testified for the first time in August 2025 when his statement was recorded under PMLA.
With the last order, the total value of the attachment in this case is 15,700 crore.
