ED charges Hyderabad firm in case of illegal Tramadol export to Pakistan

Executive Directorate (ED) Haydarabad Zonal Office, Lucent Drug Pvt. Psychotropic substance, which is a synthetic opioid to Pakistan by violating the LTD and NDPS Law, is connected to the illegal exports of Tramadol. The private PMla court in Haydarabad received the consciousness of the case on 6 August.
Investigation, illegal export, in violation of the orders of the NDPS law and a narcotic control bureau (NCB) claiming the fraud of the records of the export powers began after the complaint. The complaint includes the company’s General Manager Vinod Jain, Vice President Devarasetty Sai Vikas, Logistics and Sales Manager Gangula Eswara Rao and others.
According to ED, Lucent drugs produced and exported Tramadol to various overseas customers, including those in Pakistan. The company initially received permission from the Narcotics Central Office for export to Pakistan, and then rejected the approval. “To jump the ban, the defendants’ Danish -based company Chr Olesen Pharmaceuticals through the Chr Osen Pharmaceuticals of approximately 4.12 CRORE value of 13,800 kg tramadol and Malaysia -based SM Biomed was allegedly re -exported approximately 5,000 kg value of 5,000 kg value.
ED said that illegal shipments have achieved a total of 5.46 Crore crime directed to the bank accounts of the company and then mixed with legitimate business revenues to conceal their origins.
Previously, the agency had added immovable properties of the company, including a 5.46 crore building and factory building.
