Jeremy Corbyn confirms launch of new political party
Former Labor Party leader and independent deputy Jeremy Corbyn confirmed that he launched a new political party.
Corbyn has recently made a joint statement with Zarah Sultan, who has recently left the Labor Party: “The time of a new kind of political party – one of you”.
The couple encourages people to register to build a real, democratic alternative in the upper and lower communities of the country.
They label the current political system as “fraudulent” and invite supporters to the opening conference “to be part of the founding process”.
Child poverty, giant companies, “a rising invoices” and the government “there is no money for the poor, but billions for the war,” he said.
“We cannot accept these injustices and you are not,” he adds.
Although the website is called your party, it seems only a temporary name, as the site says “your party and the new party that develops from it”.
To the sultan tweeted: “It is not called to your party!” A media report of the launch in X.
Your party is also not registered to the Election Commission required to choose the election candidates.
The new party is believed to aim to keep up with candidates in the next year’s local elections.
The letter gives a flavor of the policy aspect that supporters can expect and “the mass redistribution of reserve and power. This means taxation of the richest in our society.”

The letter also talks about the nationalization of energy, water, railway and mail, NHS “purified without privatization” and “investing in a large council construction program program”.
The new party seems to be supporting movements to overcome climate change, to protect the right to protest and to end arms sales to Israel.
The rumors of a party led by Corbyn have been rush for months, but when the Sultan left the Labor Party at the beginning of this month, he jumped the gun and announced that he would form a new party with him.
Last year, the Sultan was suspended with the other six deputies when two children voted against the government against the government against the government last year.
Although four of these workers return to the party, they do not have the former Shadow Chancellor John McDonnell and Absana Begum.
This led to speculation as to whether McDonnell could re -participate in the former leadership partner, but this has been excluded to date.
Corbyn was suspended from the Labor Party in 2020, but successfully stood as an independent candidate in the 2024 general elections.
Since then, he has been coordinating a small group of four independent deputies, who have been sharing similar views about the Israeli-Gasze conflict and are expected to form the core of any new party.
