Emergency services at scene of e-bike crash in Claremont, teenager seriously hurt

Emergency services are trying to save a 14-year-old boy who crashed into a car while riding his e-bike in Claremont on Saturday.
Police, St John and a fire crew arrived at the scene just after 11am following the crash on the Stirling Highway near Freshwater Parade.
The teenager is thought to have suffered serious leg injuries.
An all-black Land Rover Defender and a wrecked e-bike in nearby bush remained at the scene just after lunch.
While a single shoe remained upside down on the path, debris from the vehicle’s tires was also scattered on the road.
Major crash detectives arrived just after noon.
