England team security guard clashes with a Seven Network cameraman at Brisbane Airport ahead of the third test against Australia
England’s tour of Australia took a turn for the worse when a member of the security team made physical contact with the anchor broadcaster’s cameraman.
The England team were walking through Brisbane Airport on their way to Adelaide on Saturday when Seven cameraman Nick Carrigan, who was filming the team, felt the security guard’s fully extended left arm on his chest.

The official was uneasy about the cameraman.
After descending the escalator and targeting the Seven employee, the security guard shouted at the cameraman, “In my face, man, in my face, in my face.”
When the cameraman asked what he was doing, the security guard said, “You appeared in front of me, my friend, this is what you did.”
Seven broadcast footage of the incident in its nightly news bulletin. The cameraman did not appear to be among the English actors.
“There was an incident at Brisbane Airport earlier today involving a 7 News camera operator and a member of the England Cricket team’s travel team,” Seven said in a statement on Saturday.
“While conducting routine filming in a public area, the camera operator was physically confronted despite acting respectfully and professionally. The safety and health of our staff is paramount. This matter is being taken seriously and is currently being managed through the appropriate channels.”
