The discovery of oil in a European country can reduce its dependence on Russia. Central European Petroleum (Mobile) discovered 22 million tons of recovery crude oil and condensions in the Port city of Poland in the Baltic Sea.

“If this discovery is ultimately confirmed, Wolin East Deposit may be the largest crude oil and natural gas deposits that have been discovered so far in Poland.”
Poland is currently importing about 95% of the mobile and raw.
The discovery of politicians labeled the discovery as a “great opportunity for the country.
Dariusz Joński, the MSE of the ruling civilian coalition, wrote on the X: “This is a great opportunity for the national energy sector.”
