Meghan Markle teases ‘something big is coming’ as she boasts about Harper’s Bazaar cover being a ‘mic drop’ moment

Meghan Markle sent a cryptic message to As Ever customers on Friday morning, teasing that ‘something big’ was coming.

The email arrived in customers’ inboxes just days before the Thanksgiving holiday in America and after it graced the cover of Harper’s Bazaar magazine.

“It’s been a week filled with so many surprises, reveals, and mic drops for our brand and our founder, Meghan,” the email read.

‘We are very glad that you are enjoying it as much as we are. So we thought: why stop now?’ the message continued.

‘We’ve got another topic on our hands: We invite you to embrace the holiday spirit of giving and sharing with us and tell your friends and family the secret, too.’

‘Invite your nearest and dearest to join our email list and be the first to know what we’re planning,’ the message concluded.

The email also included a GIF image of Meghan apparently decorating her home for Christmas while fiddling with a knitted sock on the fireplace.

The 44-year-old Duchess of Sussex wore a long-sleeved, olive green silk dress and had her hair tied up in a bun.

Earlier this month, Meghan released a holiday sale for As Usual, which introduced a new range of products to the line.

The giveaway included two scented candles selling for $64 each, a hot toddy and cider spice set for $16, and a special sage honeycomb with honeycomb for $32.

Of course, it wouldn’t be As Usual without some fruit cream; Meghan also decided to launch a gift set of her signature fruit spreads, adding strawberry jam to the existing orange marmalade and raspberry mix for just $42—which made Oprah’s Favorite Things list a few days later.

It’s unclear exactly what Meghan has planned for this new drop, but it looks like it has something to do with the upcoming holidays.

The encrypted email arrives just two days after it appeared on the front cover of Harper’s Bazaar magazine’s December 2025/January 2026 issue, which is labeled as the arts issue.

In the cover photo, she appeared makeup-free, with her hair pulled back and showing off a pair of dangling diamond earrings.

The mother of two was wearing a low-cut, black silk jacket with ties at the waist; The cover of the magazine bore the headline ‘Meghan, Duchess of Sussex Meets Her Moment’.

‘If everything goes well, you don’t learn from it. If you don’t learn anything, you won’t grow.

‘I am a mother who has children of that age and is constantly learning new things. Every day I watch them face things that feel completely insurmountable.

‘But you can remember and say, ‘I know it seems really hard right now, but trust me, it’ll get really easy soon.’ I can show myself the same grace as a founder. There is no such thing as perfect. ‘I can make mistakes too.’

The Duchess added that trying to be perfect is ‘not much fun’.

Elsewhere in the interview, Meghan also talked about her relationship with Prince Harry, whom she married in 2018.

She said of Harry: ‘He loves me so boldly and completely, and he also has a different perspective because he sees the media in a way that I don’t.’

‘There is no one in the world who loves me more than him, so I know he will always have my back,’ he continued.

The Duchess of Sussex also shared that her husband brings out “childlike curiosity” and “playfulness” in her.

‘This is reflected in every aspect of our lives. “Even in business, I want us to play, have fun, explore and be creative,” he shared.
