Evacuation of pilgrims underway in disaster-hit Uttarkashi, 6 more rescued safely

The authorities were given the necessary instructions for the restoration of roads, communication, electricity and food supply. “We are trying to safely evacuate all affected people and restore normal life as soon as possible,” he said.
The authority added that the central government has provided full cooperation for rescue efforts.
