Ex-CJ Karki May Head Caretaker Govt

Katmandu: According to sources, the former Chief Justice Sushila Carki is likely to be appointed as the president of a guard government in Nepal. Negotiations between various stakeholders, including the Gene Z Group representatives led by anti -government protests, ended in a midnight midnight Thursday, the Chief of Army Chief and President Ramchandra Paudel.
However, according to multiple sources, Gen Z Group, led by youth, said that Carki proposed his name for his new prime minister’s task.
President Paudel is expected to appoint Carki as the first female prime minister on Friday morning.
