Ex-England captain Paul Ince charged with drink driving

Police said that the former England captain Paul Ince was accused of driving a drink after hitting a central reservation.
Former Manchester United and Liverpool midfielder was arrested after Black Range Rover fell at the Chester High Road in Wirral at 17:00 on Saturday.
Cheshire police said that the 57 -year -old child was taken on July 18 at the Chest Magistrate Criminal Court to appear.
Former Blackburn Rovel and Blackpool manager, who also played for West Ham United and Inter Milan, won 53 covers for his country and played in the Euro 96 and World Cup in 1998.
In 1993, he became the first black footballer to make England captain.
After his retirement, he last started to work between 2022 and 2023.
Cheshire police spokesman, “Neston, Chester High Road, following the reports of a collision,” he said.
“The incident included a Black Range Rover colliding with the central reservation barrier.” He said.
“Officers joined the scene and arrested a 57 -year -old man.”
