A London ambulance service spokesman said: “On Tuesday, August 26 at 10.14 at 10.14, Chelsea Crescent, Chelsea Harbor, SW10 was called to an event report.
“We sent an ambulance team on a bike and a clinician. Unfortunately, a man was announced to have died at the scene.”
