Ex-royal butler reveals what King Charles thinks about Meghan’s brand | Royal | News

Meghan proudly announced a partnership with Netflix last year during the launch of her brand, but it was announced that the partnership would end last week. Meghan, who reportedly plans to expand the brand, is said to be relieved that she will “go it alone.”
Mr Harrold claimed the King would support Business As Usual and even display Meghan’s products at his home during Harry’s visits.
speaking on behalf of CasinoHawksMr Harrold said: “I don’t think the King will mind if Meghan decides to launch her products here in the UK, it won’t be a problem. I think they’ll be happy for her to continue to focus on her product range rather than making money from tell-all interviews and books.”
Discussing whether the King would buy products from As Ever, he added: “I would be surprised if the King and Queen bought any of their products but I would never say never. “This could be a good way to show that relations are going in the right direction.
“If it launches in the UK, I’d imagine – or hope – that he’ll send them a few jars to try. And if so, I think the King will definitely make sure they’re out there as a little sign of support and an olive branch in the event of Harry’s visit.”
Speaking of other members of the family, especially the Prince and Princess of Wales, Mr Harrold said he thought they were not yet ready to support Meghan due to the ongoing row.
He said: “But I’m not sure the other royals are there yet, I can’t see Kate and William rushing to buy anyway.”
A spokesperson for Meghan said following Netflix’s “split” announcement: “As Ever is grateful for Netflix’s partnership throughout the launch and our first year. We have experienced meaningful and rapid growth and As Ever is now ready to stand on its own two feet. We have an exciting year ahead and can’t wait to share more.”
