The unrest in Iran signals the “beginning of the end” for the Islamic regime and is a “golden opportunity” to end it once and for all, exiled Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi said Monday on “Hannity.”
“They know they are on the path to decline. The decisive blow could change the rules of the game and be a knockout punch to this regime…” he said.
“We have this golden opportunity right now. The regime is on the verge of collapse. Let’s push it over the edge and be done with them.”
Pahlavi noted what he described as growing cracks within Iran’s security forces, saying intelligence reports showed that large numbers of military and paramilitary members were refusing to follow orders to crack down on protesters.

These reported ruptures, along with ongoing public unrest and pressure from the Trump administration, lead to renewed hopes for meaningful change among regime opponents.
“I believe that President Trump knows exactly what he is facing and does not believe in the regime’s last-gasp efforts to promise negotiations,” Pahlavi said.
“Every time their backs are against the wall, they come back with that promise and no one is fooled anymore.”

“I don’t think this administration is fooled by the regime’s feeble attempts to once again buy time,” he added.
“Time is running out, and this is where the people on the streets are saying, ‘We’re the boots on the ground. We don’t need American boots on the ground. Trust us. We’re doing our part. But come to the rescue and help us get rid of them.'”
President Trump voiced his support for the protesters in a post on Truth Social on Saturday, writing that “the United States is ready to help” as Iran looks to “freedom.”

The president also said at a press conference last week: USA will respond harshly If the regime resorts to mass violence.
“We’re going to hit them very hard where it hurts. That doesn’t mean boots on the ground, but it means hitting them very, very hard where it hurts,” he said.
