“Fadnavis’ govt hit a sixer and cancelled the decision”: Ramdas Athawale on Maharashtra three-language policy

On June 24, Prime Minister Devendra Fadnavis said that the final decision on the three language formulas will only be taken after talks with Litterateurs, language experts, political leaders and other relevant parties, which led to a cancellation of a committee under Narendra Jadhav. When the center was asked about the decision of caste -based census, he criticized the Congress for not running one during his regime.
“The Parliamentary Committee will begin its work. The percentage of each caste will be known. After independence, we will learn how much it develops in terms of employment and (participation) agriculture and industries.
