Israel Orders Gaza Evacuations as Trump Calls for War to End
The Israeli army ordered civilians to evacuate Northern Gaza, including Jabalia and Gaza city regions. Trump called on both sides to make an agreement and free hostages through Truth Social: “Make the agreement in Gaza, take the hostages back.” At Six Jabalia on Sunday, and at least 23 Palestinians were killed in the southern air strike near Mawasi, five of whom were appointed. Despite the instructions for Israel to move to the south, the Palestinians say that no region is safe.
Prime Minister Netanyahu was prepared for military briefings on Sunday, and the authorities said that more expansion could risk hostages. Meanwhile, Egypt and Qatar, which were supported by the USA, continued his cease -fire mediation. Hamas reported that he was ready for negotiations, but insists that Israel should be withdrawn.
The Gaza War began with the 7 October Hamas attack that killed 1,200 Israelis and took 251 hostages in the 9th month. Since then, more than 56,000 Palestinians have died and almost all of Gaza’s 2.3 million people have been displaced.
