Donald Trump to meet Xi Jinping as president sparks WW3 fears – ‘we have more nukes’ | World | News

US President Donald Trump will meet his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping, it has been confirmed, after the White House chief sent a chilling nuclear warning to Beijing.
The two leaders will meet in South Korea next week as part of their Asia trip, the White House said Thursday.
Trump will travel to Malaysia first on Friday night before flying to South Korea to meet with Xi, press secretary Karoline Leavitt told reporters.
This comes after Mr Trump said on Wednesday that the US had “more nuclear weapons” than China.
But he added that he hoped to reach an agreement with China “on every issue.”
Mr. Trump continued: “I think we’ll make a deal on everything.
“We have the most nuclear weapons. Russia is in second place. China is actually in third place by far, but we will reach this level in four or five years.”
“We’re talking about de-escalation. That’s already being talked about, and I think we’ll add China to the mix.”
