Bengaluru Airport Bomb Threat: Police receive threat email from ‘Jaish-e-Mohammed’

The Bengaluru City Police Commissioner received a bomb threat through his official email on November 30, warning of possible attacks on the Kempegowda International Airport and several city malls. According to ANI, the message sent under the name “Mohit Kumar” led the police to lodge an FIR under Section 173 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita. The threat letter includes the following statements: “This is a warning from Jaish-e-Mohammed White collar terror team. We targeted Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru, Orion shopping mall, Lulu Mall, Forum South shopping mall, Mantri Square Mall, Lulu Mall for bomb blast from 19:00. We thank our God and our lord Mohit for serving our nation better…”
