Fayette County man accused of having sex with his ex-girlfriend’s 12-year-old daughter
A man from Fayette County is accused of having sex many times with his ex -girlfriend’s adolescent daughter.
Court records show that 28 -year -old Joseph Dean Martin of UnionTown is accused of rape, legal sexual assault, aggravated inappropriate attack, an inappropriate attack, inappropriate attacks on the age of 13, and corruption to non -disregard, and all heavy crimes.
According to a criminal complaint, the police received notices on sexual assault on Sunday, including a 12 -year -old girl.
The girl’s mother told the police that Martin was former boyfriend and had two biological children. The 12 -year -old child has a different father, but Martin continued his relationship with him after leaving with his mother.
Mother said that on Saturday, Martin and her daughter allowed them to watch movies from 19:45 in the evening. The next day, he worried that they wouldn’t return to 1 o’clock at night.
According to the records, the girl confronted her mother, said that she and Martin had sex in their car in the cemetery after the film.
According to the records, the girl told the police that she had had sex with Martin for the last two years since the age of 10 and that she had hiding this relationship from her mother.
After the film, Martin claimed that they went to a gas station he bought a condom and Ibuprofen. According to the records, he said that they went to the cemetery and had sex in his car.
Police said the plate readers showed that Martin’s car was going to a cemetery in the town of North Union around 23:48 on Saturday.
Police said that the observation images showed Martin at a gas station in South Greensburg around 23:10 and showed that the receipts bought condoms and ibuprofen.
Martin, who was questioned by the police on Tuesday, was allegedly admitted that he had sex with the girl, as in three different incidents.
The court records show that Martin was kept in the district prison in Fayette and released on bail.
