Dramatic videos show federal Border Patrol agents in St. Petersburg as agitators continue to taunt and harass authorities in the area. It shows him detaining two people at a gas station in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Multiple federal agents surrounded the parked vehicle as authorities repeatedly ordered bystanders to retreat.
“Back up, guys, back up,” Bovino says in the video. “We will support you for our safety and your safety…Stay there.”

Moments later, as agitators shout and car horns honk in the background, agents force a man wearing a brown jacket to the ground and handcuff him.
Three agents are then seen holding the man by one of his arms and legs and dragging him away from the scene.
In another tense moment captured on video, the Border Patrol agent once again orders bystanders to stand down.
The situation worsens when several agents tackle and handcuff him after a man appears to resist.

He is then carried away by his arms and legs.
The shooting comes amid rising tensions in the Twin Cities following Wednesday’s fatal shooting during a federal immigration enforcement operation that resulted in 37-year-old Renee Nicole Good being shot and killed by an ICE agent.
Federal authorities said Good attempted to drive his vehicle toward agents during the encounter; this claim was disputed by family members and some local leaders.
