Fidium Fiber services down? Users across America report issues; what do we know so far

Approximately 1,700 Fidium Fiber users across America encountered the problem after their service was interrupted on Thursday, November 20, 2025. At the time of this report, Downdetector had recorded more than 1,641 reports from users experiencing problems.

According to the Downdetector map, problems were encountered across the US, with Boston, Houston and San Francisco among the affected areas. The outage tracking and monitoring website noted that people have been experiencing issues with Fidium Fiber since 5:05 PM ET. At this time, no official cause of the problems is known.
