FIR against fake investment firm misusing name of Premji Invest

Cyber crime police, the eastern part, Premji Invest on behalf of a false investment website launched and the company’s details to cheat pure investors allegedly recorded an unknown person.

There were also a few WhatsApp groups suspected of a Android application called Premiex in Google PlayStore and the same name of the same name. The executives of these WhatsApp groups abuse the photos of Premji Investment Advisory LLP management personnel in the public.

According to the complaint, Premji Investment Advisory LLP is responsible for managing the private investments of Azim Premji and does not provide any investment consultancy to the public in general and is only related to its group and its affiliated organizations.

Premji Investment Advisory has no social media presence on behalf of the Advisory LLP or under the name Premji Invest, and prevents a profile in LinkedIn. Fraud revealed that Miscreants, unknown last month, has created a website in https://premjiex.com and abused Premji Invest commercial name.

An investigation, the defendant, Premji Invest’s reputation by taking advantage of the exchange of stock market tips and consultancy of the excuse of third parties said that he has collected money.

The complaint said, “They go to claim that every transaction on the website will add some money to the Azim Premji Foundation. They also published the registration number of Premji Investment Consultancy”.
