Flash floods in West Virginia kill three people with others missing | West Virginia

Flash floods caused by heavy rains killed three people in the North West Virginia, and while rescue teams were looking for missing people on Sunday, the authorities were damaging roads, bridges, natural gas lines and other infrastructure.

Governor Patrick Morrisey, Ohio district declared a state of emergency. The authority said that the state police and other state officials responded and directed the national guards to provide the necessary aid.
“Please keep this community in your prayers,” Morrisey said in a statement on Sunday. “Today, more storms are expected in the region. Please follow all the directives from local and state Emergency Management officials and do not try to pass through the roads under the water.”
Western Virginia rains followed the heavy downpour that killed 13 people in San Antonio on Thursday. It rained more than 7 inches in the city of Texas and caused rapid rising flood waters to carry more than a dozen car to a creek.
