The American Film Production and Distribution Company has obtained permission to plan through a special development order that will allow the government to approve plans rather than the local council.
“The reason for proposing structures up to this maximum height is to allow the proposed theme park to compete with other attraction centers in Europe.” He said.
“Although Evrensel Orlando Resort is currently not there are centers of attraction to this height, longer attraction centers are more common in Europe, which must be longer to create experience because the area is more limited.”

Currently, Thorpe Park’s Hyperia, the longest and fastest theme park journey in Britain exceeds the 80Mph speeds and rises to a height of 72 meters along a kilometer track.
Red Force, a 367 -meter (112m) role in Portaventura World in Spain, is the largest in Europe.
According to plans, the majority of the park structures will be 20 to 30 meters long, and some larger ones will add “visual interest” to the silhouette.
“Creating centers of attraction rather than larger areas is the best way to use the land in accordance with the planning policy.”

With a few travel routes throughout the site, there will be at least 7,106 parking spaces, 100 rams and 250 bicycle areas.
As part of the planning offers, Universal hopes to create the necessary infrastructure to support the visit traffic by creating a new A421 junction and a double highway access and expanding the Wixams train station and providing a service bus service from the Thameslink line.
The park hopes to secure the planning permission to be opened for 2031 to use 8,500 personnel, which will rise to 10,000 by 2051.
