Indigo Cancels Over 400 Flights At Various Airports On Friday

Mumbai/Delhi: According to sources, IndiGo canceled more than 400 flights on Friday and many flights were delayed at various airports. Hundreds of passengers encountered difficulties at airports due to flights being delayed for a long time.

Sources told PTI that more than 220 flights, including departures and arrivals, were canceled at Delhi airport and more than 100 flights were canceled at Bangalore airport.

Sources said more than 90 flights were canceled at Hyderabad airport.

There were also cancellations at other airports and many flights were postponed.

IndiGo has been grappling with operational disruptions due to cabin crew issues and other factors.

The civil aviation ministry and the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) are closely monitoring the situation regarding IndiGo flight disruptions that have been going on for the last few days.

IndiGo on Thursday told aviation regulator DGCA that its flight operations are expected to be fully stabilized by February 10, 2026.
