Four Mass. beaches, one Maine beach rank among the safest in the country, study finds

According to a new study, four Bay State Beach and a beach in Maine were at the top of the country -wide list of thefts with the lowest level of theft.

Work done by Action network More than 520 US Beach Region analyzed property crime data from postal code. He measured data, including theft, robbery, vehicle theft and theft, all 1000 people.

Four Massachusetts Beach – three in Cape Cod and one in Nantucket – the first five of the country with the lowest risk of theft, and all notification rates are less than 2.5 per 1000 calm.

Reid State Park in Maine ranked 9th among the lowest risk of theft.

The Reid State Park has the lowest robbery ratio in the country – 1.47%per 1000 people per 1000 people.
