Four men on run, two injured after home invasion at Rosemeadow, Sydney

As many as four men are on the run following a horrific home invasion in Sydney’s south-west.
Police said three to four men forced their way through the front door of a house in Hamlet Crescent, Rosemeadow, at around 1.40am on Monday morning.
The men were wearing dark clothing, including gloves and face masks, and were carrying a double-barreled shotgun and two machetes.
A 53-year-old man and a 19-year-old man were attacked inside the house.
Four women in their 20s were home at the time but escaped unharmed.
Police believe the attack was targeted.
The intruders fled the scene and were last seen running towards Lear Place.
They didn’t take anything from the house.
The 53-year-old man was treated for facial injuries and the 19-year-old man was treated for minor injuries. Both were taken to Campbelltown Hospital in a stable condition.
The crime scene was created.
