Four people killed by raging fire at high-rise Hong Kong housing complex

The raging fire created a column of flames and thick smoke as it spread through the bamboo scaffolding erected on the exterior of the complex in the Tai Po district, a suburban area in the northern part of Hong Kong, the New Territories, and near the border with China’s mainland city of Shenzhen.
