Fox News Mocked for Ripping Into Joe Biden’s Holiday Vacation: ‘They Call That Retirement’
After Joe Biden was called out on Fox News for taking a vacation, many on social media rallied around the former president and criticized host Tomi Lahren for mocking the retired politician.
During Tuesday’s “Hannity” broadcast, Lahren openly teased Biden for his end-of-year trip, noting: “And you’ll never believe where Joe Biden has been spotted. Spoiler alert: He’s on vacation.”
The moment was clipped and shared on Tuesday evening Lahren’s dig confused many, given that Biden is not currently president and has retreated significantly from public life during his battle with cancer.

Biden has noticeably exited the 2024 presidential race after concerns arose following his performance during a debate against Donald Trump in June 2024.
“It has been the greatest honor of my life to serve as your President,” Biden said in his letter confirming his withdrawal from the race. “And although it is my intention to seek reelection, I believe it is in the best interest of my party and my country for me to step aside and focus solely on fulfilling my duties as President for the remainder of my term.”
Biden’s Vice President Kamala Harris stepped in and ran to replace him, but ultimately lost to Trump, who began his second term in January.
